These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tycoon Master provided by Tycoon Master Game LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to use the Game. By playing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Game
  • Use unauthorized bots, cheats, or exploits
  • Interfere with other players' experiences
  • Violate any applicable laws while using the Game

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items or features for purchase. All purchases are processed via Google Play. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the store’s billing terms.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws
  • Treat other players respectfully
  • Not use the Game to harm or harass others

We reserve the right to suspend or ban players who violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content (graphics, audio, text, design) is owned by or licensed to Tycoon Master Game LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Game without our express permission.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game for any reason, including breach of these Terms or if the Game is discontinued.

You may stop using the Game at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) within the last six months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hyderabad, India.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
